乌龙茶 Oolong Tea
Oolong teas are partially fermented Chinese Tea.They are a tea category of its own. The term ‘Oolong’ originated from ‘Wulong,’ a Chinese term used to describe a tea. Oolong tea combines the best parts of green teas and black teas, making it flavorful as well as beneficial from a health perspective. It has the fragrance of Black tea and also the nutrients of Green teas.
The colour of the tea, being darker or greener, will vary depending on its oxidation. Oolong teas are commonly known for its sweet, floral to grassy and toasty taste.
Oolong teas contain fluoride, potassium, manganese, sodium, magnesium, niacin, and caffeine, along with antioxidants. Due to the existing nutrients in Oolong tea, it has a set of wonderful health benefits. Some of these are diabetes prevention

There are several famous varieties of Oolong tea which includes the Anxi Oolong Tea, Taiwan Pao Chong tea, Wuyi mountain’s Da Hong Pao, and Tieguanyin (the Iron Buddha) tea.
Yi Xuan’s Oolong tea is a 20 years aged tea from Fujian province Anxi county. It was well kept in the South East Asia environment and the tea leaves are of Top grade quality.
